  I was at jimmy johns July 3rd at 2pm the black dude with the drive through head set on took my order and made my sandwich he made my sandwich perfectly and made me feel welcome and appreciated !!! Amazing Coustomer service, thank u jimmy johns 4 having such great employees at this location

  Brittany is an example of top tier customer service. She has the most upbeat personality and is always happy and smiling. In the brief time I spend at the drive-thru window, she makes the best conversation with me while my order is being made. I'm always laughing and happy whenever I pull away. It feels like she becomes a best friend in less than 5 minutes. You can't train that kind of personality into someone. It's just a gift.
