I was already home and it was late so I figured I’d go by the next day with my receipt. I went in and explained the situation but was told I would need to come back in 40 minuets when the person who rung me up was working 🙄. Why would I lie over a sundae? Lol. It’s not like I’m 10 walking in with this. Customer service from the manager was horrid and I felt bad for the cashier she sent out to talk to me so I didn’t make it a big deal I did call customer service though.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
