  I’ve gone here multiple times. The EVERYTHING HERE is horrific. Starting off from ordering, it’s not an exaggeration to say their workers do not understand or speak English to a high enough level to have a simple conversation. It constantly smells like marijuana which could be a cause. You will never get the correct food but if you do it’s old, burnt, and sometimes completely inedible. You never get a receipt even if you ask for it they’ll say “it’s in the bag” and close the window. So if your order is wrong, you can’t pull around and show proof of purchase. My personal opinion, it’s because they don’t want you to review them. 9/10 experiences are horrific. DO NOT GO HERE.

  The hispanic young lady working the drive thru rounded our order up to donate to Ronald McDonald Charity without our permission! Another lady who appears to be the supervisor refunded our change back, and I asked her if she can talk to her employee about the issue and she said yeah and just walked off, basically disregarding my concern. I didn't have time to stick around, therefore, I called the store and asked for the store manager's name. The first lady asked what the issue is and I told her I only wanted to speak with the store manager. She said she is the supervisor and still refused to provide the store manager name. Another lady got on the phone and introduced herself as the assistant manager, and I explained to her that I only want to speak with the store manager, amd politely asked for the store manager name. She refused, so I asked for her name, then she provided the store manager name (Merval ???) and said the manager will be in tomorrow, but she never provided her name. Service is completely disgusting and it's the principle of taking someone's money without their permission. I will not be ordering from this location again because they hire thieves! I will contact the store manager tomorrow. Simply disgusted!

  We’re officially done with this location and will go to galena location instead. Today, our fries were not cooked at all. My daughter’s happy meal and our large fries were thrown out. I check our food in the drive thru here cause they always mess up or forget something, but failed to try a fry before getting home. Uncooked fries is unacceptable. Also, we weren’t given our large fry —we had to ask for it. We’re never ever given our sauces for our happy meals, always have to ask for that. Between the uncooked food and missing items, we’re officially done here and this location is priced higher than others. They also don’t know how to make coffee here, my iced coffee was awful and dumped out. You’re burning your money here and risking stomach issues. They don’t rotate the happy meal toys well here either, so I have a child who gets the same toy every week - we allow a happy meal once a week. Go to the Galena Aurora location or Batavia one, no issues there…

  This McDonald's location is ok. Service is typically quick but they often forget things, such as not giving me drinks I ordered, missing sauces, cheese I added to a sandwich, etc.
