  The pizza was great and done when they said it would be. I was greeted at the door and she brought me my pizza in about 1 minute.

  Giordano’s is our go-to spot for Chicago-style pizza. This location was very convenient and tasted just like the downtown restaurant, without having to go downtown.

  This place is a hidden gem! I went in with my family, was greeted by a young lady named Andrea, very young and sweet. Had my 2 kids with me and she was absolutely amazing to them! Made sure she answered all of my kids silly questions. She was extremely busy and still had a big smile on her face. She seems to have a lot of experience working here with the way she answered everyone’s questions! The food was absolutely amazing and although the wait was a little long it ended up being worth it! Definitely a great place to stop by with your family!

  OMG so yummy!!!!!! Love Giordanos!!! I haven't been to this location yet but I'm glad I stopped!!! Was on the way back from the Pokemon exhibit at the field museum and was hungry so I thought since I'm up in the city I'm getting giordanos. So glad I did!!

  First time at this location didn't know how to order was there a waitress or counter only? Sat ourselves & no one said hello or welcomed us. I went to the counter & saw the top of the girls head. Asked her if I needed to place my order with her. She was extremely rude when I mentioned that I didn't know that & didn't even realize she was there until I approached the counter. No name tag so I can't give a name. Receipt shows Salman H it was a young girl so, not sure if that's her name. Don't want to complain about the wrong person. I was there on June 15, 2026 @ 3:02pm. I then placed my order she did not mention any offers or if there was a better deal. I did find out that the 20oz Diet Pepsi was $3.55 where as the 2 liter would have been a better deal for $5.13 & since my party there was 2 of us would have been a better way to go had she mentioned that. She had an attitude from the start since I said when I walked up to the counter & said I didn't even see you there. No greeting or hello when we walked in but, after other customers came in she was sure to pop up off her chair & welcome them. Are pizza was delicious, salad too but, unfortunately we will not be back at this location. It probably doesn't matter to anyone just letting you know my experience. Thank you! P.S. Forgot to mention the dark hair on one of our pizza plates & in the bathroom sink, in the toilet bowl 😝. As far as the atmosphere is concerned.
