I had a great experience at QDOBA! Kevin and Ashley were both so nice, welcoming, and helpful. Their customer service made my visit even better, and they made sure everything went smoothly. It’s always nice to be treated with kindness. Thank you both for the great service! 😊

By far the worst Qudoba I’ve ever eaten at, burrito ice cold high probability below health code standards, I had one piece of fajita in my veggie burrito and my fiancé had one piece of steak in his burrito. He tossed his out after one bite that’s the level of disgust you will be eating. I was starving so I placed in the microwave for close 3 minutes to be semi warm. Go spend your money at Taco Bell or TBK run away from this new location as fast you can.

Went to the new location in Norridge, staff was super friendly. I ordered the bowl with (shredded beef, birria, brisket) whatever you want to call it. I dont particularly like how they measured a serving as she used tongs to get the meat. There is no real controlled measuring tool and is subjective to the employee. Also served me 5 pieces of lettuce and 3 kernels of corn but they make up for it with the free guacamole and their homemade pickled jalepeños.

I attended the grand opening of QDOBA in Norridge, and WOW! From the moment we walked in, the experience was AMAZING! The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. Let’s talk about the FOOD because it was BUSSIN!!! 🔥 Everything was fresh, packed with flavor, and absolutely delicious! What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even came up to us while we were eating to check if everything was okay and make sure we were enjoying our food. You don’t see that kind of hospitality everywhere! You can genuinely tell this team takes pride in what they do. Between the amazing food, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service, they absolutely NAILED their grand opening! Norridge definitely has a great new spot, and I will 100% be coming back! Keep up the amazing work! ❤️👏
