  Never coming back. Im not too enthusiastic about being charged $.50 for "less ice" in my iced coffee even though I paid for a large in the first place. There's a reason its called large iced coffee and not large cup of ice.

  I had a very frustrating experience at Dunkin’ today. I ordered two hot regular coffees—one with sugar and cream, and one plain. The first coffee I was given was decaf, so I politely pointed out the mistake and asked for a regular one. The employee handed me another coffee and then disappeared. After waiting about five minutes with no sign of my second coffee, I went back to the counter—there was still no one there. When I finally got the cashier’s attention, they went to check and came back with the same decaf coffee that had already been made earlier. At that point, I decided not to argue further. The whole situation felt disorganized and unprofessional. It seems like the staff either didn’t pay attention to the order or couldn’t follow it properly. Overall, very disappointing experience. This will likely be my last visit—I’d rather spend my money somewhere that values accuracy and basic customer service.

  Employees need to be trained well, came to get coffee and hash browns and waiting for the order. A Muslim girl is there and she made the order, left it at the counter and went inside. Didn’t even called out for us and told us to take the order.
