- KDKayla DianaSep 19, 20261.0I’ve never had an issue at this Dunkin before. I ordered a matcha latte with oatmilk and a sandwich, advised them of my nut allergy because of a sign at the front. As the workers were making the drink one of the girls was laughing asking if they even had any nuts there. Then she asked if I wanted my matcha with almond milk. I said no, oat milk. She then laughed to her coworker saying it was good she asked, otherwise she would have gotten sued. They then proceeded to handed me a matcha with almond milk. Tip: maybe don’t put a sign asking customers to inform you of allergies just to blatantly disregard what they do tell you.
