We asked whether a meat option was spicy, and the guy politely offered a sample so she could make an informed choice At that point, a woman with light hair wearing a hat, who appeared to be a manager, abruptly interrupted him, stated that they did not have time for that, and took over our order. Her tone came across as impatient and dismissive toward both the employee and us as customers I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there were only a few people waiting behind us, and taking an extra 30 seconds to answer a customer’s question would not have significantly affected service. Instead, we were made to feel rushed before we had even finished placing our order The employee was professional, helpful, and focused on providing good customer service. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior created an uncomfortable experience and left us feeling unwelcome
