  I’m giving 2 stars only because the rest of the staff were kind, professional, and handled the situation well. I originally ordered the regular chicken, but the employee taking my order heard it as honey chicken. I didn’t realize the mistake until checkout, when the cashier told me it had been entered as honey chicken. I immediately explained that I had ordered regular chicken, not honey chicken. I always order the regular chicken and I do not eat honey chicken. At first, I actually felt bad asking for it to be remade. But while it was being corrected, the employee who took my order had a very unprofessional attitude. He told another customer that he “swore” I had said honey chicken, even though I know exactly what I ordered. What bothered me most was not the mistake itself — mistakes happen. It was how he handled it afterward. Instead of simply correcting the order, he complained about me to other customers and even rolled his eyes at me. If the rest of the staff had not been so polite and helpful, I honestly would have given a negative rating. Making a mistake is one thing, but hearing the order wrong and then rolling your eyes at a customer is unacceptable. I would also like to add an important point: If you are not sure what the customer said, please clarify with the customer first before placing the order. In this case, I clearly said “chicken,” but the staff member misheard it as “honey chicken” and proceeded to enter the order incorrectly. What is not acceptable is that instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, the staff member chose to redirect frustration toward the customer and even complained to others. No customer should be treated this way, and no one should have to absorb the attitude caused by an employee’s own mistake. If I had actually ordered honey chicken and then changed my mind to chicken at checkout, that would be a completely different situation. But that is not what happened here. I do not eat honey chicken, and I have never ordered it. I have no reason to say one thing and then change it at the last minute. If something is not clear, it is the staff’s responsibility to confirm with the customer rather than assume. Customers are not responsible for correcting errors they did not make. Mistakes can happen, but accountability and professionalism matter just as much.

  Zofia was amazing!!! Made sure I had everything for my mobile order. I requested a bit more lettuce and she was super nice about it. Her energy is so positive I just had to go back to get her name. I had a horrible experience earlier with another food chain and she made my day so much better!

  This chipotle is the best chipotle there is. I’m a die hard Chipotle eater and I’ve eaten in many locations the Harlem location ALWAYS gives the best portions, they always have everything stocked the workers are kind and look like they want to be there and the food tastes super fresh and yummy I’m very grateful to have a great Chipotle like that one near me

  Both a bonito bowl today around 8:15pm. Got home to get my meal to my surprise the white rice wasn't cooked. Not even half way to, its like to ran it under hot water for few minutes.. Total waste of meal

  Me salió el pollo crudo compramos por la noche hoy mi esposo llamó para quejarse y lo que más enojó me dio fue la forma en que le contestaron en ves de decir lo ciento le dijeron que era imposible que el pollo era cocinado en una máquina y no es así lo cocinan en la plancha lo he visto, el pollo crudo es peligroso yo le estaba dando de mi comida a mis hijas yo entiendo que somos humanos y pasan insidentes pero la forma en que le contestaron a mi esposo me dio coraje. Somos clientes frecuentes Me dio hasta náuseas porque comi pollo crudo. Obviamente no lo terminé de comer al darme cuenta tengo el plato el recibo y fotos y videos. Es el segundo comentario que pongo porque lo eliminan. Tratamos de hablar tranquilos y la forma que nos hicieron sentir da coraje.
