    negative experience. I arrived to pick up an order and ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes. The staff showed no sense of urgency they were working slowly and casually, even after I pointed out multiple times that I had been waiting for a long time. There was little to no response. What makes it worse is that the order was small and could have been completed much faster. Instead, I wasted over half an hour of my time. This is completely unacceptable. The staff are paid hourly and don’t feel the urgency, but for delivery drivers, time is money. This directly affects our income. Management should seriously review today’s staff the service was slow, unprofessional, and poorly managed.

    We had such a great experience here 😄! The service was truly excellent from start to finish. I didn’t quite catch her name—maybe Lauren or Laurie but she seemed like a manager, and she was absolutely amazing 🌟. Super friendly, welcoming, and very professional, she made us feel comfortable right away. We’re visiting all the way from Alaska ❄️ and this was actually our first time trying Chick-fil-A, so we didn’t know what to expect. But thanks to her positive attitude and helpfulness, it turned into such a memorable visit 💛. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely loved it 💯. Definitely a place we’d come back to if we get the chance!

    Bri, the “manager” is the worst person to deal with. There were two kids and a parent that were extremely unkind. Her son hurt three kids and the parent starting calling the other kids bullies. It was clear that management didn’t care and did not know how to deal with this. Please be careful because your kids are not safe in the play place and need to be watched carefully. I would like to say to this parent that she is not helping her kids by being a bully to other parents! Please stay home. And at the very least, the manager should ask if we need ice for the injury and if everything is ok? I guess they only care about the profits and not the safety of their patrons. Bri and another male staff person will likely understand my perspective when they become parents at this point they did not see the urgency of the situation. We will not patronized this business any longer for any reason. From what I observed yesterday, they will need a security guard soon! It did not feel safe there at one point and I will not place my family in danger in a business where profits are more important. I hope this will be a learning experience for the staff and that safety protocols and procedures will be in place for the future. After I left, I regretted not calling the police because the parent seemed to be neglectful to the kids. It was obvious and maybe I could have helped them. I suspect the school has intervened too based on their appearance.

    Yesterday I had the worst experience going through the drive thru. I usually never have a problem ordering from here. The girl sitting in the booth who took my order was not friendly. When I went to go pick up my food. The girl at the window called me by a different name. I said, that's not my name. Then I'm looking in the bag to make sure its my food and no one else's. She looks at me funny and had an attitude for some reason. All because i'm looking in the bag to make sure it's mine. I say to her, I ordered happy meal and Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. "She said, oh, it's not a happy meal. I said, okay" You know what I mean a kids meal samething my mistake. But for her to correct me and give me attitude is unacceptable. Then another girl approach the window and asked if everything was okay and I said, I don't know because your coworker seems to be the one with the problem. I'm just making sure my orders correct since you guys had a different name for my order. This happened approximately 3pm - 5pm on April 4th 2026. The girl was light completed with brown hair in a ponytail and appeared to have lots of acne on her face or acne scars. I think Chick- fil -A needs to retrain their employees. How to be professional in a work environment. I've noticed they hired too many young ignorant people.

    Food is always good. However my complaint would have to be with the staff. While they are smiling and polite I hate that every single time I've been to this location when walking in, it seems that no one wants to work the register. Today while walking in 3 workers where at the registers the minute I got the the register all workers walked away from the registers and started talking to each other and others by the drive thru section. Then one finally said "I guess it's me" and started taking my order. I found that to be super rude and this has happened more than I can count. That should really be looked at please.
