The Original Pancake House was founded in Portland, Oregon by Les Highet and Erma Hueneke. Today, we’re bringing their vision of serving authentic pancakes, waffles, eggs and other traditional breakfast recipes to Normal, Illinois. We use only the best ingredients, such as 93 score butter, pure 36% whipping cream, fresh grade AA eggs, hard wheat unbleached flour, and our own sourdough starter.
We even have gluten-free and vegetarian breakfast options!

Nothing but excuses as to why meal was garbage. Interrupted my concerns. Im never going back to this particular restaurant. The Best employee was the bus boy. Accept your mistakes and make them right. Again, all excuses, take responsibility for your failure.

Both were great both price and portion wise. I was able to ask for a substatution for strawberry syrup instead of maple syrup. The staff were also very kind, understanding and helpful. My mother was with a walker and they got us the best possible seats. They helped us get in and out of the door as well. The space was also great. It wasnt even that noisy compaired to most other places and that helps as an autistic person. If I'm in the area I plan on coming back, I highy recomend coming here.

Our server brought me coffee on the house, the food came out very quickly and was wonderful. I always ask will we be back??? The answer is YES!!
