  Allison was very rude and unprofessional with me when I asked her about the sandwich of the month. I order my son a Spicy Italian sub on flat bread 2 six inch Oven roasted chicken on flat bread. The promotions was for $2.99 for a six inch Oven roaseted chicken. When Allison ring my food up, she charged me the regular price for a foot long. I told her i asked for two six inch sandwiches and that, that is what I wanted to pay for. She said it was an up charge for flat bread. I asked her why was that and she told me to look at the advertisement and that if i wanted that price i would have to get that bread. I told her she didn't charge my other sandwich an up charge for the flatbread. Then Allison said to me," dude, I only make the sandwiches.". I replied, excuse me. Then she said, "Man, I only make the sandwiches. I told her she was very rude and unprofessional, and in the future she should address customers as Sir or Miss. Unpaid for the food as my train was arriving, and my son was hungry. Allison need more training in customer service.
