  I find it hard to believe, and hard to accept that a real person made the active decision provide me the food that I received today. The quality of service, ingredients, care for customers, and overall experience can literally not be lower than it was today. There is absolutely no excuse apart from the poor management of this location. Either hire new employees, get a new manager, or just close the whole store before someone gets very sick. Do better.

  The staff are great, good people, but no amount of perfume can make a dumpster smell nice. Came here for lunch, 2 all american burger combos, tots for one and onion rings for the other. Big milkshake as well. $34, Portillos would be cheaper. The burgers were aggressively bland. Covered in sauce, onion, and cheese but somehow just flavorless underneath it all. Burger King would have been preferred. Onion rings are root beer flavored, but somehow not onion flavored. Did not finish them. Tots were great, miraculously Milkshake was weirdly thick. Not in the way that its a good deal with lots of ice cream, but like they put some kind of thickener in it. The reason I suspect this is because by the time it was room temperature, it was still just as thick as when I ordered it. Almost like they made an extra sugary chocolate milk and then added xanthan gum. Its hard to screw up a milkshake, but they did it. I genuinely wonder how this place stays in business. I feel bad for the staff who have to serve this stuff.

  This place has zero pride in the food they serve. $50 order. Sandwich- not as ordered. FRIES- absolutely not consumable Drink- missing. Avoid at all costs.

  Okay I just ordered for my last time my tater tots are literally bending my vice grips my burrito that supposed to be ultimates meat and cheese has no meat or onions that I added on the drink that was supposed to be Dr Pepper was extremely flat I never been to a sonic location where I thought dang they just need to close completely I called and Amanda in is on shift I don’t know how Amanda even has a food handler after that call this is just ridiculous sonic has to be easiest job and food to cook
