  By far the best Portillos, I stop here on my way to and from Chicago. I’ve never had a bad experience here, with the people or food.

  Beef was good, but only luke warm. Fries tasted old and were barely warm either. We've heard great reviews from others, but I'm not sure if we will give it another try.

  Had ordered cold catering the day before. Pick up for that was fine, but also ordered 2 shakes and an order of fries to go before we went to the catering pickup. Took awhile to get those fresh items.

  We like to stop here when passing thru the area! Always exceptional Service and Our meal is always consistent. Your staff is always so friendly, kind and one of the cleanest that I've visited. Thankyou!

  Please don’t just shove that the piece of cake in the cake shake at the bottom. Please mix it in like it’s supposed to be. I swear every time I order a cake shake. It’s like I’m just eating a regular milkshake, but I pay extra for the cake that they don’t even bother to put in or mix in properly.
