  Bad bad service. Manager didn't even understand what we wanted couldn't get the order correct. They were totally overwhelmed. This was the worst I've seen. This may have been the last straw on coming here. Tracy running tables, this lady is awesome.

  Ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin, a hash brown, bacon egg & cheese biscuit, a hot cakes & sausage, and a big breakfast w/ hot cakes. They forgot the whole big breakfast with hot cakes. I tell them and they get an attitude about it. Then when they give it to me it's missing a hashbrown. I go tell them it's missing a hashbrown. The girl gives me a crap look, then turns around, rolls her eyes and sighs at me. Then brings me the hash brown and proceeds to tell me I only ordered one and it's my fault. Yeah, I ordered an additional one with the sausage egg McMuffin. The big breakfast w/ hotcakes comes with a hash brown. I try to explain this to her and she just walks away while I'm midsentence. Absolutely ridiculous. I gave one star for atmosphere because there's a drunk dude passed out at a table in the back by the bathrooms.

  Nothing like waiting 15 minutes just to order in the drive thru while ONE lane is open!

  I recently visited McDonald's and overall had a positive experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service. The food was prepared well, and the location itself appeared to be clean and well-maintained at the time of my visit. However, the main issue during my visit was the environment due to a group of children running around unsupervised. It created a bit of a chaotic atmosphere and affected the overall cleanliness and dining experience. While I understand that situations like this can happen, it would have been helpful if staff had stepped in to maintain a more controlled and comfortable environment for all guests. Aside from that, everything else was handled well. With a bit more attention to maintaining the dining area during busy moments, this location could easily provide an even better experience. Overall, still a solid visit thanks to the friendly staff and good service.
