  Man, this place really put me in a good mood! From the clean atmosphere to the friendly staff, everything felt simple, smooth, and enjoyable. It had that welcoming energy that makes you want to come back again. Really solid experience all around 🔥🙌

  The food is fine here, but the service is awful. Attempted to come here twice in a month. The first time, they were out of bread at 11:30 AM. The staple to making a sandwich and they didn’t have enough prepared to open up. Recently, attempted to go through the drive thru. Waited at the microphone for 5 minutes after someone asked for our order. We tried giving it and no one responded. Asked for service verbally and got no response. Pulled up to the window and was told by the manager that they heard us, they were just really busy and couldn’t get to us. Instead of waiting on us at that time, he said we’d have to pull around again and wait behind 4 other cars. No thank you. Never again. They need to hire people who can keep up with demand and come up with a customer service policy that allows employees to be helpful when they have dropped the ball.

  had a pickup order with a large coke, she handed me a regular coke and i politely asked for a large because thats what i ordered and she refused and said i ordered a regular so i parked in front of the JJs and checked my receipt and i had ordered a large so i had to get out and go inside to get the right drink. 3/28/26 between 12-2pm. not a huge deal but why are you arguing and not reading the order correctly?
