- BCBlanket CapesMay 8, 20262.0The drinks for the last few weeks have not been stirred properly at all, and today I came in around 2pm and the store looked set up to close. I dont think there was any reason for them to be closing early. The staff were all huddled in a circle talking or something and did not help anyone inside or make any drinks. i could tell some of the other employees were getting frustrated as well. Its a frustrating experience being a customer at this location and I dont think I care to try anymore and just hope that no one else does or has experiences like mine. This is a horrible location and its really just gone downhill these last few months.

We were told their system was down and that orders could only be taken through the drive-thru. I explained that we were in a bus and physically couldn’t fit through the drive-thru clearance, and even offered to wait until the line cleared so they could enter our order at the drive-thru system. Unfortunately, the employee was very dismissive and repeatedly told us “no” without really listening to what we were trying to explain. The interaction came across as rude and unhelpful, and there didn’t seem to be any effort to find a reasonable solution. We ended up leaving with all the kids and going to Starbucks. I understand systems go down, but customer service and communication go a long way. This location could definitely improve in both areas.
