- AAAngel4 days ago1.0I frequent this place since it’s closest to my house but they’re literally always out of a lot of things at this location. From food items to ingredients that make drinks, then the app doesn’t tell you so you have to find out once you get there. It takes up more of your time having to wait even if you placed it early so it would be ready. Usually the staff knows how to compensate you for this, but last time I went the girl didn’t understand the price difference between what I originally wanted that they were out of, vs what she was offering me. This also did not include a refund which they normally would offer. I ended up losing a dollar and already a lot of my time… so pretty unhappy with this place Update: Had to come back because they only gave me one order of my bagels instead of 2 so I’m not coming back here

I come in about 8:45 every time and it’s almost always the same guy worker, blonde hair and long sleeve shirt underneath. Today I was greeted very warmly and he gave me a large instead of medium. They never ever put the freaking sugar in it. Always tastes like shit very bitter. Never again going there. Poor service! How hard is it to put sugar in the coffee. Very frustrating.
