- AHAnita HoshSep 27, 20262.0I did a pick up order for a bagel and cream cheese and got a bagel that was lightly toasted as requested, but had zero cream cheese on it. Not even a separate container in the bag, just a dry bagel. Make sure you check your order before leaving. By the time I saw it, it was way too late to turn around.

To add our order was wrong, had to ask for a fork and the worker told my husband he didn’t have to be rude when he said nothing rude and the cashier had more attitude than him. There is no reason why coffee, breakfast sandwiches and donuts should take more than 20 mins max

It was rung in as a latte just add pumpkin and didnt get what was advertised. The hot coffee has straight coffee grounds in it and cant even drink the coffee. Im not mad at it just frustrating

From food items to ingredients that make drinks, then the app doesn’t tell you so you have to find out once you get there. It takes up more of your time having to wait even if you placed it early so it would be ready. Usually the staff knows how to compensate you for this, but last time I went the girl didn’t understand the price difference between what I originally wanted that they were out of, vs what she was offering me. This also did not include a refund which they normally would offer. I ended up losing a dollar and already a lot of my time… so pretty unhappy with this place Update: Had to come back because they only gave me one order of my bagels instead of 2 so I’m not coming back here
