I’ve had many positive experiences with the restaurant’s food and servers in the past, but yesterday was a complete disappointment. Around 9:40 pm, the server was grumpy and carelessly smashed ingredients into the bowls, causing them to spill. I had ordered a Sofrita bowl, and annd found a meat piece in it, but instead of making a fresh one, she simply removed a piece of meat from the bowl and handed it to me.
To make matters worse, I had also ordered kids’ quesadillas, but they weren’t grilled at all. I had to grill them myself before serving my child. This was unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Can’t believe me and my friends got kicked out because they thought we stole a bowl this is ridiculous and the owner should be notified of the manager being a prick
I genuinely thought I was watching a hidden camera prank, but no—this was just your manager in his natural habitat.
Two very polite kids came in ahead of me and calmly pointed out that their order was wrong. Instead of doing something reasonable like fixing it (you know, the bare minimum expectation at a place that sells food), the manager working decided it was HIS MOMENT! His performance included immediately getting defensive, refusing to listen, and then escalating to full-on meltdown mode because he assumed they were “trying to steal and get more food”. Without even giving them a chance to speak, he yells in front of the whole restaurant “You’re out of here and don’t come back!” like he was banishing them from a medieval kingdom instead of a Chipotle. Sir, relax. You’re not guarding the gates of heaven-you’re in charge of making burrito bowls…and you obviously can’t even do that part right.
Anyway, just when you think it couldn’t get more ridiculous, he calls the police. Yes. The police. Because two teenagers wanted the correct order that they had paid for. I wish I were exaggerating.
The whole thing screamed power trip. Not even a subtle one—this was a classic case of “I finally have authority and I have no idea how to handle it.” There was zero professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no basic human decency. Very disgusting behavior from management, especially when it also involves a group of young kids just trying to get a simple issue resolved. I was honestly so embarrassed and cringed-out by the managers behavior, that I had completely lost my appetite and couldn’t even finish the two bites worth of food that was stingily scooped into my own bowl (wasn’t about to complain about portion sizes to management though after watching that fiasco go down).
All this to say, if this is the standard for management, YIKES!!! Do better, because as of right now, this Chipotle is as bad as that manager’s attitude and problem-solving skills-which needless to say-is ROCK BOTTOM!!!
I hope those kids get better service in the future, and never have to put up with such a fragile ego ever again.

Guy at the front desk doesn’t know how to make a bowl, switched up my friends bowls, and then refused to make a new one then proceeded to kick us out of the store. It’s honestly a joke. What a bunch of losers up there.

Typically good food and service. The manger liv there is amazing and shifts always seem to be running smoother when she's there. Highly recommend catching some lunch there. Tell em the young yogi sent ya 🫡.
