First, flow of parking lot could be a bit better including flow of vehicles exiting the drive-thru, where one of their dumpsters blocks drivers' views. I was second in line inside, and after the individuals' order was taken, one of the staff immediately asked that I use the ordering kiosk. She could've said it in a nicer way to be honest. There wasn't any line behind me and even when I ordered from the kiosk, my coffee didn't come any quicker.

I ordered a Medium Iced Cappuccino for myself and a Peanut Coffee for my wife at the drive-thru. We were kept waiting for a very long time. By the time I received my Iced Cappuccino, half of it had already melted, and the foam was completely gone. Since I enjoy my coffee fresh with foam, I politely asked if they could make me a new one. The staff member took it back, but instead of making a fresh drink, she simply topped it off with ice or milk. I explained that this wasn't right and asked them to just cancel my order instead. At this point, an employee named Bobby refused to cancel the order or refund my money, telling me "that's not how it works" and aggressively telling me to take it up with their head office. I insisted on having the order canceled and refunded right there at the register. Instead of resolving the issue, Bobby threatened to call the police on me. Trying to de-escalate the situation, I simply asked to get my coffee done right, or even a Small Iced Cappuccino instead. Bobby then took my original Medium drink and literally poured the melted coffee into a Small cup right in front of me. At that point, I just wanted to leave and offered to pay again for a fresh Small Iced Cappuccino to avoid further conflict. Despite this, Bobby continued to threaten me with the police and refused to give me a refund for the order I never properly received. This is hands-down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Threatening a paying customer with the police over a ruined coffee and refusing a valid refund is completely unacceptable. I expect upper management to review the security footage, address Bobby's conduct immediately, and issue a full refund.
