Lady was very short with me when I was asking a question. She told me she couldn't help me and told me other cars are behind me . . instead of answering my question. I'm going to drive to different town now. . This isn't the first time I've had her as cashier. .and experienced negativity

I ordered a Medium Iced Cappuccino for myself and a Peanut Coffee for my wife at the drive-thru. We were kept waiting for a very long time. By the time I received my Iced Cappuccino, half of it had already melted, and the foam was completely gone. Since I enjoy my coffee fresh with foam, I politely asked if they could make me a new one. The staff member took it back, but instead of making a fresh drink, she simply topped it off with ice or milk. I explained that this wasn't right and asked them to just cancel my order instead. At this point, an employee named Bobby refused to cancel the order or refund my money, telling me "that's not how it works" and aggressively telling me to take it up with their head office. I insisted on having the order canceled and refunded right there at the register. Instead of resolving the issue, Bobby threatened to call the police on me. Trying to de-escalate the situation, I simply asked to get my coffee done right, or even a Small Iced Cappuccino instead. Bobby then took my original Medium drink and literally poured the melted coffee into a Small cup right in front of me. At that point, I just wanted to leave and offered to pay again for a fresh Small Iced Cappuccino to avoid further conflict. Despite this, Bobby continued to threaten me with the police and refused to give me a refund for the order I never properly received. This is hands-down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Threatening a paying customer with the police over a ruined coffee and refusing a valid refund is completely unacceptable. I expect upper management to review the security footage, address Bobby's conduct immediately, and issue a full refund.

Today, at around 10:55, a middle aged Indian woman came out and yelled at me for smoking as I was near the Dunkin. I wasn't standing directly in front of the door and was about to go in and order...... I could maybe understand politely asking to not smoke so close to the entrance? Screaming at me that I have to be 11 feet away from the door the minute she came out is very bad customer service. Treating people like subhuman even if they are wrong is sickening However there was no one coming inside nor go outside. I was not blowing smoke in front of anyone. I did not realize that Dunkin Donuts controls all of the oxygen outside of it. All of this on a day with a 300 aqi day from the Canadian Fires, my cigarette smoke in comparison was the least harmful thing outside. I do not appreciate being yelled at by workers. I'll take my buisness to the 5 other Dunkins in the 0.5 mile area.
