  The morning-shift staff are number one when it comes to service and cleanliness. As for the evening-shift staff, the coffee is cold. Two days ago, I ordered a cake but was given the wrong one by mistake; when I returned it, the employee did not treat me with respect. Anyone wishing to have coffee at this location should come in the morning only

  I have never experienced customer service this bad at a Dunkin’ before. I had to repeat my order FOUR times, and it was STILL made incorrectly. That’s not a mistake that’s complete disregard for the customer. Listening is the most basic part of the job, and it clearly wasn’t happening. On top of that, the attitude from the employee was unbelievably rude from start to finish. Instead of trying to fix the issue, I was met with irritation and dismissiveness, like I was the problem for expecting my order to be right. It’s honestly unacceptable. If you don’t want to deal with customers, this is not the job for you. This location seriously needs better training, better management, and employees who can handle basic interactions without making customers feel like an inconvenience.
