It's been several years since I've been here and recently, and it hasn't improved:
I had to run and grab through the drive thru, but when I placed my order, the young lady didn't talk loud enough on the intercom, so getting my order in was difficult at best, she was rude when I picked it up but that took a long time to get my order, which might be symptomatic to some Arby's, and later when I had time to eat and check my order, it was short a few sandwiches and my co-workers were pissed off, and I had to go to Wendy's to get something decent for them instead since I refused to go back to this Arby's.
Yeah, I could of checked my order when I'm the car, but I didn't, so that's on me. But it's the restaurants job to check on the order so situations like this doesn't happen. So let's split the blame 70/30, the majority for Arby's because they can afford it
Food was okay... The beef seemed slightly overcooked or stale, potato cakes were a nice bit of nostalgia from the 70s and 80s, but just as quickly got ruined since it, probably not at the fault of the restaurant cooks, but more of corporate Arby's and food service providing shoddy quality potato cakes.
The beef sandwiches were sloppily out together, as if it was wrapped by a 7 year old, but at least it was edible.
The place needs to be redone since it has decor from the late 1980s... The Schaumburg restaurant is not much better but is at least a bit more modern looking. And the ones in Naperville and near Palatine is very modern, but too far away to drive to.
I've never eaten here, it's either take out or drive thru, but again, tables and chairs are kinda old. I think the franchisees' others are keeping the profits for themselves instead of investing on their employees and the restaurant to preserve and enhance present and future business.
Won't come back here too.
