  The bakery department went above & beyond with the cake decorating on the cake I picked up the other day! Thank you so very much for the great job job you did. Everyone loved it. It was exactly what I wanted & more.

  I wanted to share my experience at Jewel today because it was very disappointing. The cashier who checked me out never greeted me or acknowledged me. Instead, she spent the entire transaction complaining to the bagger about other employees, saying that different people had been gone for too long. When the employee who was relieving her arrived, she said, “Welcome to hell.” I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customers shouldn’t have to listen to employees complain throughout their entire checkout experience. A simple greeting and a more professional attitude would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, I also feel that customer service at this store has gone downhill, as experiences like this have become a regular occurrence. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the overall customer experience.

  Online ordering here is a joke. You order at a specific time 5-6pm you get there at 6:30 because you called and they said they are 45 minutes behind. You wait until 7:24 in your car and still nothing, so you call and try to cancel your order and somehow it is ready. I call bs. Don't waste your time on this location. Go to Nelson road location i stead. 15 minutes but never have a problem.

  The prices here are outrageous unless it’s something on sale. I can’t seem to understand how this company stays in business, it doesn’t seem to be able to compete with cheaper grocery stores. I only come here if I need something on sale,other than that I avoid.
