    I love tropical but this was ridiculous. White kid with dirty blonde hair and lip piercings arguing with customer for 20 minutes, made my smoothie and food wrong. Was there for over half an hour. Waste of everything

    For those wanting to get a fantastic deal on a smoothy or food item today.(8-22-26) Everything is 50% off till 8pm. This is my first time here, the smoothie is delicious and the food menu has some interesting items on it. I just bought the smoothie. The place has seating inside and is clean, staff worked well together and orders were processed in a timely manner. I don't normally buy smoothies, but at 50% off I couldn't pass up this deal, I'd come back again.

    tropical smoothie is such an amazing place. I never leave without a smile on my face and the smoothies are delicious too. Every time I go, I can expect consistency and perfect perfection. Keep it up tropical!

    Bad customer service. I walked in and at first, someone came to the counter. When we needed a couple minutes to decide, they walked away and never came back to greet us, so I placed my orders on the app and sat down to wait. It took forever. Other people who came in and ordered after us got their drinks before us. I got up to see what was going on - our drinks were just sitting on the counter! They didn’t announce my name, didn’t put the drinks in the pickup area, nothing. I work retail as well, and acknowledging the customer is KEY. A simple smile and “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Maybe they were having an off day - I overheard that they had just fulfilled a huge order for a school of over 100 smoothies. I feel like they should still acknowledge the customer and, if you get a mobile order, don’t keep it behind the counter!

    Music is on and loud blenders are running directly behind the register. The cashier had to have us repeat our order 4-5 times each. No beverages are listed on the menu besides smoothies. Asked “what drinks do you have? Soda or water?” Again, the cashier could not hear what I said and replied “we have water”. As orders are coming out, we see bottles of soda. At some point they put one item from our order up for pickup. Again, with the noise, no one in our party heard it get called. When we went to grab it, it’s only one item. So we stood there while another customer rummaged through another bag. That was also ours. And then a 3rd bag arrived, nearly 5 minutes after the initial bag was received. No drinks with the order. After we took the bags back to the table, our waters were called separately. It’s very loud, it’s hard to have a conversation. And the prices are very high for what you get. 2 very small chicken wraps and an açaí bowl was over $30 with no drinks. Not worth it at all.
