  We have been coming to this restaurant regularly, but the service keeps getting worse. Today we ordered a catering half tray of mutton ghee roast biryani and specifically requested onions and lemons during the phone call itself. We even offered to pay additional charges. But at the time of pickup, the staff denied the request. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Hello , we didn't expect this kind of reply from you guys , as the staff was rude while picking up the food ,made us post reviews from 2 devices. We are not intentionally doing it ,we have our own job to do ,we are not here sitting ideally and posting reviews intentionally .This happened to us ,so genuinely sharing that in the reviews ,so that from next time you guys can improve it . We are at the store on Saturday 23rd may around 10:30 pm-11:00 pm you can view the footage as well. don't blame on your customers . It's disgusting to see such reply from a restaurant team . This was not happened to us with any of the restaurant in the Naperville ,that's why you couldn't see the reviews.

  I discovered this restaurant by chance while driving through the neighbourhood, and it’s become one of my go to spots. Though I’ve only ordered for pickup so far, I can’t speak to the dine-in experience or ambiance yet, that hasn’t stopped me from ordering at least once a month lol. Their biryanis are exceptional. I’ve tried nearly all the vegetarian varieties, and each one is delicious. Their baby corn 65 has become my absolute favourite! For mains, the Punjabi aloo paratha and Paneer Tikka Masala are my staples. The aloo paratha is particularly impressive… it stays soft for hours, making it perfect for pickup orders. I’m a genuine fan at this point, and I’m definitely planning a dine-in visit soon to experience the full picture.

  We have ordered 3 veg biryanis. Paneer, pachimirchi- Gobi biryani, and jack fruit biryani with medium spice. Gobi and jack fruit tastes good and medium spice as well expected. But paneer biryani is very spicy as well we’re not able to eat it. Other than that everything else is good. We have orders to go masala dosa and I would suggest give the masala separately in a container instead of putting it inside the dosa.

  I recently visited This restaurant had a really enjoyable experience. The food was definitely the highlight especially the coriander roast chicken, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The chicken fry piece pulav was also delicious, with a great balance of spices and generous portions. The house cocktails were surprisingly good too, well made and a great addition to the meal. What makes this place stand out is the unique Tollywood-themed ambiance. The vibe is lively and fun, especially with the live DJ and dance floor, which adds a whole different level of energy to the dining experience. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for good food along with entertainment and a vibrant atmosphere.

  ****************Updated********* For all Customers please make sure to eat less and dispose the plates after eating else this restaurant will take photos add inappropriate responses along with 2 to 3 managers who will argue endlessly to correct themselves. First, the claim that each curry serving was 5 oz is simply inaccurate. During our visit, the portions were visibly tiny—roughly 1 oz per serving—and insufficient for an “unlimited” thali. Even after requesting multiple refills, the amount provided was far below what one would reasonably expect from your advertised offering. Second, the thali did not include any additional vegetarian curries. When we inquired, we were told none were offered and to eat only what was served. Even Pulav rice was skipped initially mentioning it's only for veg Thali. This contradicts the expectation of variety for both veg and non-veg diners and was never communicated in your Instagram advertisement. Finally, sharing a photograph of partially eaten food and implying we over-ate or misrepresented our experience is inappropriate. It is not acceptable to monitor or document customers’ plates in this manner; doing so does not change the fact that the portions were small and the service unprofessional. Our review reflects our actual experience: misleading advertising, inadequate portions, long waits for refills, and unprofessional staff interactions. We hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the experience for future diners. I have visited Tollywood Lounge in Naperville for their Sunday 05/03/2026 “unlimited” thali, and the experience was extremely disappointing from both a food and service standpoint. To start with, the thali did not match what was advertised on Instagram. At least three items that were clearly listed were missing, and when we questioned the staff, the response was dismissive— they simply said “this is how we serve and these items are only for veg thali which wasn’t mentioned in insta post.” That lack of accountability set the tone for the rest of the visit. What was even more concerning was that some vegetarian items appeared to have been replaced in the non-veg thali without any proper explanation. There was only one curry in the entire Thali and when questioned for veg curries their answer was simply unacceptable mentioning they are not offered and eat with whatever curries were provided. For a restaurant positioning this as a premium offering, such inconsistency is unacceptable. The portion sizes were surprisingly small—each serving was roughly 1 oz—and certainly not sufficient for something marketed as “unlimited.” Every time we requested refills, we were told the curries had to be freshly prepared, resulting in long waits. At one point, we had to wait nearly 10 minutes just to receive a single curry and rice refill. This completely defeats the purpose of an unlimited thali experience. For $30, which is already on the higher end for a thali in Naperville, the value simply isn’t there - especially when paired with such slow and disorganized service. The most unacceptable part of the experience, however, was the behavior of the staff. When we raised concerns, the manager(Vamsi and Rajesh) and a server—who identified herself as Meghana (Maggie), responded in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing the issue calmly, she raised her voice and repeatedly insisted that they had served fish “eight times,” attempting to justify the portion size by pointing at tiny pieces. At one point, she even tried to take a spoon and point directly into our food, which is completely inappropriate. Touching or handling a customer’s food without permission crosses a basic line of hygiene and respect. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in the area. Between misleading advertising, inadequate portions, long wait times, and unprofessional staff behavior, I would not recommend this un"limited" Sunday thali to anyone. For the price they are charging, customers deserve much better quality, transparency, and service.
