  Absolutely awful experience at this new location, and unfortunately, it's the second time I’ve dealt with this. I ordered ahead on the Taco Bell app thinking it would save time, but when I arrived, my food wasn't on the pickup counter. Instead, it was bagged and sitting behind the counter just out of reach. I stood at the front counter for over 20 minutes just trying to get someone to hand it to me. Multiple employees looked right at me and completely ignored me while standing around on their phones, actively avoiding eye contact. Given how blatant it was that they were choosing to look directly at me and refuse service while helping others, it felt entirely deliberate, deeply unfair, and like targeted mistreatment. By the time I finally got anyone's attention, my prepaid food had been sitting there getting ice-cold. It is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable to be singled out and ignored while your food gets ruined. Management and corporate desperately need to investigate the hostile environment this team is creating. Avoid this location.

  I am not coming here now more.... I've been coming here almost every night after work after 10pm. Till Saturday night 18th. In the drive thru i paid for my food using my credit card. That girl gave me the bag, receipt & card at the same time dropping the card on my lap. I asked her where is my credit card? She pointed on my lap. If she knew she dropped my card on my lap, why didn't she apologize? That was so rude & Ignorant....

  Tasty food, excellent variety, reasonable prices, accurate order, good mobile interface with broad customization available. Service at Drive Thru attended barely spoke to me and was not very friendly.

  Blatant disrespect and discriminatory service I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received at this location. I came in to pick up an order and stood there for 10 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging my presence. The most upsetting part was when a white customer walked in after I had already been waiting; a staff member came out immediately to assist him while continuing to completely ignore me as if I wasn’t even there. After another 10 minutes, someone finally came out with an order, but it wasn't mine. When I tried to get their attention, they simply walked back inside and never returned to update me. There were plenty of employees visible inside, but they chose to provide zero service to me. This was a complete waste of my time and, more importantly, a total lack of respect. To the manager: your team needs serious training on basic human decency and customer service. I will never be returning to this store again.
