  **Spectacular Experience—Unmatched Vibes and Spotless Cleanliness!** If you are looking for an incredible dining experience, Shinto Japanese Restaurant absolutely delivers. From the absolute second you walk through the doors, the atmosphere is top-down excitement. The energy in this place is contagious, making it the perfect spot for a great night out. But what blew me away just as much as the vibe was how completely spotless the entire restaurant was. I am talking *meticulously* clean. The dining room floors were gleaming, and even the bathrooms looked brand new and immaculately kept. You can tell the staff takes immense pride in the details. Honestly, if they care this much about the parts of the restaurant the public can see, I can't even imagine how spectacular and pristine that kitchen must be behind the scenes. The food, the energy, and the cleanliness are all top-tier. I will definitely be back here with my family very soon!

  Shinto Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar completely impressed us on our first visit. We ordered takeout for the whole family — California Roll, Philly Roll, Captain Jack, Little Delicious, West Coast, and Rainbow Roll — and everything arrived fresh, neatly packaged, and beautifully presented. The Captain Jack and Little Delicious really stood out — rich, bold flavors with a perfect balance of rice and filling, and the spicy mayo drizzle tied it all together. The Rainbow Roll was almost too beautiful to eat, with its vibrant presentation. The atmosphere inside felt warm and welcoming — clean, stylish, and with that classic Japanese steakhouse feel that instantly sets the tone. Pickup was quick and seamless, the order was spot-on, and the staff was friendly from start to finish. For $91 worth of sushi, the quality and portions made it feel like a great value. It was our first time here, but definitely not the last — already looking forward to coming back.

  Shinto blew us away on our very first visit. Ordered pickup for the family — California Roll, Philly, Captain Jack, Little Delicious, West Coast, and Rainbow Roll — and every single one came out fresh, well-packed, and gorgeous. The Captain Jack and Little Delicious were standouts; bold flavors, perfect rice-to-filling ratio, and that spicy mayo drizzle hit just right. The Rainbow Roll looked almost too pretty to eat. The atmosphere inside was warm and inviting — clean, well-decorated, and had that authentic Japanese steakhouse vibe that just sets the mood right. Pickup was smooth, order was accurate, and the staff was friendly throughout. For $91 worth of sushi, the value is absolutely there. First time, but definitely not our last. Already planning the next visit.

  We had lunch/dinner here for my daughter’s post graduation celebration. Our server was super informative, and knowledgeable. Our cook, super bland. We have frequented hibachi places for years, this was by far the most mediocre experience with the cook, we’ve ever had. The guy next to us was text book hibachi cook. Our guy hardly interacted with us, all we got was a small volcano, and a couple of “choo choos …” other than that, buddy cooked our food, and was gone in the wind. Hibachi is an experience. Excitement. Fire. A show. Not today. It was literally just, ok. Our server missed the mark a couple of times, though he was good. Hence the 4 stars for service, which would’ve been a solid one had it not been for him. The food was ok. Nothing special. I’ve definitely had better hibachi. I would not return to this restaurant. Lastly, I got 3 receipts, per usual. Two copies had the same amount, but 2 different tip amount “suggestions.” Upon further inspection, one suggested tip amount was on the untaxed total, where they added 20% gratuity that made up the total total. But still has “suggested” tip amounts on it. Then, the other was the total from that receipt, with a suggested tip amount that was an amount ON TOP of the amount that had 20% gratuity already added. So, you want me to tip on an amount that you’ve already added 20% gratuity to? Nah. We had a party of 8, but I’m not tipping you twice. Review your receipts, especially if you’re in a larger party.

  We’ve been to Shinto many times and love it. But today by far exceeded our expectations. Our waitress Katie was amazing, she was so attentive and provided amazing service. Our chef, Asian Chris, was great and one of the best chefs we’ve had. Overall it was an amazing night thanks to these two. We will definitely be requesting them next time.
