I ordered filet, loaded baked potato, broccoli and salad for my Mom for Mother's Day, to be delivered to her door step. She love every bites, taste, smell, and service. Thank you, Outback!

Something is wrong with their lobster!!!!! First off I would like to say, I Have been going to out back for over 10 years now. The last few years I have got the same dish (filet minion and a lobster tail) from a different location in Illinois and have never had problems. Today I went to this location (which I have also been to in the past but only a few times) and experienced the worst food and service I have ever experienced here. The lobster had a feces like taste AND SMELL. Never in my life have I had a lobster that tasted like that…seafood taste is one thing but the taste of that lobster was something I have never had before and I really hope they figure out what’s going on because they even gave me a replacement and it tasted the exact same if not worse…also soup was cold and drinks were never refilled but that’s besides the point… I hope no one trying lobster for the first time thinks that’s what it tastes like! Outback is my all time favorite place to eat, this location is not it though. I ended up being gave the money back but the anxiety from possibly having food poisoning is definitely not fun. I suggested one of them try it and they really should.

Haven’t been here for a year and was looking forward to my prime rib. Very disappointed to find it is only served on the weekends . Because that is all I like there , everyone one else had steak and lobster and I had a baked potato and salad . The salad was not the same either. A lot of soggy pieces and hard pieces that I would cut out. My husband had a ribeye that was very fatty. My sangria was very good, but overall we were disappointed. Our bill was almost $400. Our server was wonderful.
