  My Wife & I celebrated our Anniversary at Morton’s in Naperville. Eddie was our server & he was Fantastic! Our food from the appetizer to our main course, to our dessert & wine, were the absolute best. Eddie made some excellent recommendations, which we were so impressed with his suggestions. The food was so good, the service was superb. Eddie made our Anniversary Dinner so memorable. We also enjoyed Rosie taking our Anniversary Picture. We will certainly be back! Thank You Eddie & Morton’s!

  OK Gordon Ramsay, You need to bow your head in shame!! That’s right, Bow your head!!! Because Morton’s steakhouse has got you beaten hands down in every category!! On Friday, September 4th, My wife and I went to Morton’s steakhouse to celebrate our 34th anniversary… And let me tell you, Compared to our anniversary dinner at Gordon Ramsay’s a year earlier, This place has got Ramsey’s beat in every single category Regarding fine dining experience! First off, The ambience was perfect, Not too noisy, And the lighting and decor was Perfect for dinner venue. Second, We should’ve known better, But we didn’t place a reservation.. Yet they accommodated us perfectly, and The manager and his staff Couldn’t have been nicer! Third, The food portions were decently sized and managed for the price, Unlike Gordon Ramsays, Where they were so small and you actually felt hungry after eating it. So, Unlike Ramsey’s, The food portions match the pricing And you left the restaurant full. Fourth, There was a small hiccup with my wife’s steak, However, They quickly Remedied The situation, With a new steak and extra side dishes for the inconvenience, Which was absolutely wonderful. Their handling of this small issue Allowed us to Continue enjoying our dining experience without consequence. The The way the Morton’s staff handled it, made just forget there was ever even an issue! So the food was absolutely delicious, Everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our dining experience to the fullest! Finally, As an added touch of superior Customer Service, They actually gave us a free piece of cheesecake for anniversary, which we did not order nor Did we pay for! And the cheesecake was exceptional!! Also, Reminiscing of restaurants in the past that offered superior service, Morton’s Gave us extra bread with our leftovers in our bag which we didn’t expect… Who does that anymore? So my wife and I both agreed, Morton’s steakhouse was the best Meal and Service we ever had years!!! So, Gordon Ramsay should pay close attention to other restaurants in this business, Because just slapping his name on a restaurant, doesn’t mean superior quality in food or Service! But the name, Morton’s Certainly does!!

  Popped in for a special occasion, steak was cooked perfect an every bite was worth it. Service was top notch an the atmosphere was real upscale, pricey but you get what you pay for, solid fine dinin experience worth every dollar.

  Had an incredible dining experience at Morton’s in Naperville, and Steve made the evening truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, his attentiveness, warm hospitality, and deep knowledge of the menu were top-notch. He offered fantastic recommendations, anticipated every need before we even had to ask, and ensured our celebration was seamless from start to finish. Exceptional service like this is rare to find, and Steve went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening—we will definitely be back, and we'll be asking for Steve!
