  They always mess up my order or forget something. I always confirm in the window if they got everything right and the say yes but they never do. Always make me wait for my order outside for 30 min. and I eventually have to go inside and ask them for it and find it sitting on the side. Wouldn’t have left this review if they didn’t repeat the mistake over and over again. Lastly, my mom is diabetic and needs her food on time, this is unacceptable service for a “fast” food place.

  I was passing thru Naperville and while checking online for the closest location it gave me the one 3232 s Rt59 so I placed an order thru my mobile app order HS51 then i picked up a bag thru a drive thru then when i get home about 40min away i opened the bag and it was totally different item in my bag that I don't eat which is all chicken nuggets, I called the location and tried to have civil conversation with the manager, so the first thing comes on his mouth is you supposed to say that you placed order thru the app instead of just giving them the code i received on my phone, then i asked how he would like to solve this issue and asked if he can transfer that order to another McDonalds near me and he said the only solution is either to comeback 40min away or we can make you a food for another visit to come pick it up and by the way i barely drive that route so I asked for refund and he refused and he said i have another customer to serve and he hang up on me, i promise this is the truth of what happened, i called many times back to get his name but he kept hanging up on me and never got my money nor my food either. So if this is how Mc Donald managers treat customers while they are at fault then sorry to see this type of managers representing your business and destroying McDonalds reputation

  This McDonald's is so slow it made me want to leave a review for the first time. It is so ungodly slow.

  Tends to be slow in the drive through with lag time when you place your order at the speaker, you can wait several minutes to give your order which backs everything up. They do tend to get the food order right though

  For the past couple of months, I’ve been ordering large latte almost every day and asking ADD 2 SUGAR in my latte. I say it when I order, repeat it when I pay, and ask again when I pick up my Latte. But every time there’s no SUGAR in it. I drink it more than 3 years and can clearly tell when sugar is missing. It might seem like a small thing, but it really makes me unhappy when my request is ignored. Thank you!
