  Ordered pick up, who knew one shave to get extra meat? The skimpiest sandwich I’ve had in my life. Jimmy John’s definitely not worth the buy

  Apparently you aren't allowed to have the #1 Pepe sandwich toasted. Yet I have had it toasted at the St Charles location? Make that make sense to me. I asked if they could just do it for me and they said "No." In what world do you turn down business and in what world is a sandwich not able to be toasted. Now they lose my business and anyone i talk to about this. Let's see if they rectify this situation or not.

  The worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The worst anything, I’ve been to. Got a Spicy Italian with not a single piece of meat on it. Staff was extremely unprofessional and cursing in front of customers. Corporate should shut this one down!
