    I decided on Jimmy John's because it was a warm day and had a drive thru which was on my way home. I ordered and paid at the window and then waited over 7 minutes for my sandwich. I finally pulled around and went in and asked for my order which was sitting on the counter as a pick up. The person who took my order was not even in there. The young ladies were polite and apologized when I explained my issue and handed me my sandwich. Probably won't be back to this location again.

    So because of the way Google reviews work I've had to delete a second review so I can give a more up-to-date review. July 26th at 5:00 I drove to Jimmy John's and ordered a number 11 with no tomato and a few extras. I drove home got my sandwich out and realized it was completely wrong covered in pickles and all sorts of stuff. I got in my car drove back to Jimmy John's ask for the right sandwich which they made for me on the spot. When I asked if I can I get a free bag of chips for my trouble having to drive all the way back here the manager said no. I'm not sure what the manager's name is but she was very unconcerned with the fact that orders were being made wrong and that a second customer was going to come back upset because they got the wrong sandwich. I know it's hard to find good help hese days but the kids working behind the counter aren't freaky fast and they don't seem to really care if orders are correct or not. I'm tired of having to update this review as it gets more and more negative so this will probably be my last stop at this Jimmy John's.

    Ordered pick up, who knew one shave to get extra meat? The skimpiest sandwich I’ve had in my life. Jimmy John’s definitely not worth the buy

    Apparently you aren't allowed to have the #1 Pepe sandwich toasted. Yet I have had it toasted at the St Charles location? Make that make sense to me. I asked if they could just do it for me and they said "No." In what world do you turn down business and in what world is a sandwich not able to be toasted. Now they lose my business and anyone i talk to about this. Let's see if they rectify this situation or not.
