  60 minutes? I live 1 mile away. So much for Freaky fast. I call them incompetent! 5.7.2026 ordered 6:41pm. Fire them!

  Slowest service ever. Today it took 24min to get 2 sandwiches in the drive thru with only one car in front of me. This isn’t the first time either. I called customer service, if it’s a staffing issue hopefully they fix it. Go to another location if you can.

  Jimmy John’s is evidently not “freaky fast”. Got in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me at 12:00pm. Didn’t get my food until 12:12pm Not great when you’re in a rush somewhere. ☹️

  Had a terrible experience at this Jimmy Johns a few weeks ago ago when I walked in and was completely ignored by staff, when I had walked in the guy behind the counter asked if I was there for delivery and when I said no , he walked away and didn’t help and the rest of the staff ignored me as well. I complained to the corp website and the apology was pretty much a canned answer. It’s a shame they absolutely no loyalty to the customers anymore
