- ABArjun BhanotApr 28, 20261.0I want to raise a complaint about a cashier manning isle number 7 by the name of Renee and the store manager by the name of Enzo; working at the store at 20:44 on 4/28/26 Situation: I was visiting the store with my toddler and wife, and the store cashier, Renee commented on my face to Enzo that “the little kid was driving her crazy” and Enzo agreed to her while we the said family and kid in question were in the isle. A fellow customer did confront her, and she remarked “a kid does not belong in a grocery store” Request: I require a formal response from the store - Does Jewel osco not welcome kids? Are there timings on kids entering the grocery store? Does Jewel osco store experience involve being commented on by the store cashier and the store manager? this experience clearly calls out to us o take our business elsewhere, where families are welcome?

The only downside is the app—you need it to access many of the deals, and it’s not the most user-friendly. Improving that would make the experience even better.
