  Horrible service. It’s such a shame because the food is good. Our server gave us attitude when we simply asked when our pizza would come out. Then when we got our dessert, it was ice cold, and she gave us even more attitude when we asked if we could get it warmed up. She quite literally told my mom to shush. The manager played it off as her having a bad day but honestly that isn’t an excuse. So rude and very arrogant.

  This place has very rude waitresses. We love this place . But we got worst service by one of waitresses. Hate to see that this place is going downhill.

  Just pick up a large stuffed pizza. Got home and the pizza was not cut!! So we had to cut the stuffed pizza. Then my found that it was only half way cooked.....not happy. Update, As of April 16th GIORDANO'S did read my post and maid things right. Very happy about that. Hope to enjoy some delicious pizza at your location soon. Thank you!!

  Poor preparation of ingredients and toppings, thin crust is never a uniform thickness, in fact in many places of the pie it’s extremely thick. My toddle recently got an ez bake oven and cooked me a better pizza than this giordanos ever has. It’s not like this is my first issue either, this is about my 10th time ordering in the past 2 years with the same issues. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES, THE FOOD IS TRASH!!
