  40 minutes past my max order time and still I still haven’t received anything. I’ve also been on hold for over 30 minutes. Worst experience ever. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!

  Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. We started with the garlic fries, which were an extremely small portion for the price and absolutely covered in seasoning. There was more seasoning than fries, completely overpowering any potato flavor. The biggest issue was the service. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich while the rest of my table ordered deep-dish pizza. Since we were told the pizza would take about 45 minutes, I assumed my sandwich was simply coming out with the rest of the food. When everyone else’s meals arrived, I was told there was no order for my sandwich. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the waitress simply said, “I can put one in for you now,” as if I had never ordered it. There was no accountability or concern for the inconvenience, and throughout the meal she rarely checked on our table. To make matters worse, I asked for a lemonade refill for my child, and she brought a Sprite instead. It was another example of the lack of attention to detail and overall careless service. When my Chicken Parmesan Sandwich finally arrived, it was incredibly disappointing. A chicken parmesan sandwich should be packed with flavor, but this one was completely bland. It had almost no seasoning and tasted like very little effort went into making it. The rest of the table rated the deep-dish pizza around a 6/10—decent, but nothing worth coming back for. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, multiple order mistakes, long wait times, and mediocre food made this a very disappointing experience. I genuinely don’t understand the high ratings this place receives. Based on my visit, I won’t be returning or recommending it.

  We stopped in and grabbed some frozen pizzas to go. Service was quick and friendly. They even provided cold bag carriers for the pizzas. They only issue we had was that the frozen sausage pizzas had barely any sausage in them. One seemed to only have one single piece. Kind of a bummer.

  Disappointing. Was so looking forward to having Chicago deep dish pizza during a recent visit to the area. Ordered double pepperoni stuffed deep dish. Server told us it would be 45 minutes to make/bake. No problem…worth the wait. Only it wasnt. When she brought it to our table she cautioned us saying it was right out of the oven and “very hot”, to be careful. We gave it a minute to cool and then dug in. At first glance there were about a dozen pepperoni on top (Guessing the usual amount would have been 6 since we ordered double pepperoni????) and they weren’t crisp or even cooked looking. And the pizza itself wasnt hot. eating it, it was more like room temperature. Being hungry we continued to eat it keeping an eye out for the server to let her know. She didnt come back by so we grabbed another employee who took the pizza back to the kitchen to put back in the oven for a bit. Needless to say when she brought it back I was already pretty full from the one room temp slice I ate. We boxed the rest up and had it the next day in the hotel room.

  Melanie made our visit amazing! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and excellent service made the experience even better. The pizza was delicious, and thanks to Melanie, we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for the outstanding service!
