  The Deli is supposed to be open until 7:00pm to the customers, however, per the Deli Associate if someone calls in they will close the Deli early so don't bank on it being open until 7:00pm. They don't do things based on customers expectation they do thing to meet their own needs to get out early from their shift.

  Fresh Thyme is my favorite grocery store. It's clean and well organized without clutter making for a pleasant experience. There's plenty of helpful, pleasant employees. The meat, produce, and deli have great products and selections. It's smaller than some full service stores but carries a full selection of grocery items. The prices are competitive with Jewel or Mariano's. They have a good selection of organic and other "upscale" items. Highly recommended.

  Me pareció demasiado caro los precios muy altos comparados con otros supermercados que tienen los mismos productos de buena calidad, no la recomiendo

  This is a smaller grocery store, but it's very nice. Very clean. They have some healthier items to chose from and a small vitamin section. I like their vegetable section. And I like that they have the Nature Force natural meats. I would definitely recommend going there if you haven't gone yet. There are two locations on Ogden. One in Naperville and the other I think is Downers Grove.

  Hello. I am really upset with this shop. I do not recommend it. One of the workers named Karen, was being really mean and really rude to my children. So today, my daughter and son went to the Fresh thyme and they bring $20 bill but they didn’t have enough $.50. And when my son asked the workerto cancel everything so they could go home and get $.50, worker named Karen whisper, something to her customer which wanted to help my kids and yelled out that my children always do that even though it was their first time going there after the woman help her borrow 50 Cent . After my kids left, they got back to the market and gave the worker one dollar even though she wasn’t the one who paid for the money but the the shopper was. But when my son and daughter went to pay for the money. They said that they noticed the same worker named Karen paying for another shopper extra $.12 So basically I want you to take care of this situation because it’s really mean and really rude to be acting this way to my children.
