  So I live in the area so obviously I use this Dunkin a lot right and it's always been okay but a few of my experiences have made me decide. I don't want to go anymore and if I do go I will be spending gift card money that I receive as a gift. Not my own money. So little thing. So a couple of years ago I went there and they had a bunch of white people working. Now I'm not racist but I feel that whenever the Indian guys are working, my service takes forever. Let's take today for an example. I was going to go there after school because I had gotten a gift card and I wanted to get a refresher because I really like them right? So I go over and I look at the menu and I decide I want to try the new Berry strawberry refresher. It was a purple drink and there were two employees that I could see working and one of them was a very dark-skinned Indian male who seemed to be just on his phone in the back and I made eye contact with him multiple times and he did nothing except look at me and then turn back to his phone and the other woman stayed by the drive-thru window the whole time even though there was no one there. So eventually I got fed up and I said something and then the man came over and said what do you want and I ordered the drink I wanted. That alone took 30 minutes. It took 20 minutes just for them to see me and then 10 minutes to get served. Then after that I had to wait another 10 minutes for my drink to come out because they just ignored it right? So definitely not a great experience okay and then on top of it they gave me the wrong drink they gave me with double caffeine and I did not appreciate that. I ended up throwing it out because I can't drink caffeine so I had to throw it out now. A lot of the times that I've gone there. They have been pretty nice but one time and this is probably the worst time. I ordered a drink and I believe it was the berry blast refresher which I love it so much right? I get my drink. I see it being made and then another one of the Indian guys stands in front of the register leans against the wall and swirls my drink in his hand and just plays around with my drink. It took a full 5 minutes for me to forcefully talk to him and say give me my drink. I wish I could give zero Stars for service but I can't. And the reason I'm giving three stars for atmosphere is because they don't make it a fun place to be. They don't clean it at all. And I've read some of these reviews of this girl who got a roach in her drink. I've never had to deal with that but I am sure if I I would rather walk 3 mi to Starbucks then go to this Dunkin do not go. It is a horrible place. The food is okay. I haven't really ordered too much but oftentimes they don't serve you correctly

  Horrible service and horrible coffee. Spoke to a manager named "b" about getting a refund on three drinks that were made. Buddy asked me to come before 1 pm because no one else does refunds. Told him I spoke to Mintu about getting the drinks replaced because they tasted nothing but milk and espresso. B said he was going to check the cameras. For what? I'm telling you what happened. Long story short, I tried calling several times and he wasn't there. It took almost two weeks to get a refund from this guy. He said he was going to call me on a Tuesday, buddy never called me. How do you have an establishment without a manager? This guy needs to chose a different profession because hospitality is not it.
