Her voice sounded like she was being inconvenienced by us ordering from the beginning. She sounded very much annoyed. When I arrived the window it was a different girl taking the payment and a different guy giving me the drinks and the monotone/rude woman was nowhere to be seen. If these Dunkin franchise owners want to keep losing money, keep hiring these unprofessional employees. Word of mouth is quick and will make an impact.

I later discovered that all of them were past their Best Before date of August 31, 2026. I informed an employee at the store, who immediately contacted the manager and removed the expired stock from the shelves. However, I still have several expired Mountain Dew drinks that I purchased earlier that morning, and I now have to make another trip to the store to return them. This is unacceptable. As a regular customer, I normally don't check expiration dates because I trust the store to ensure that expired products are not being sold. After this experience, that trust has been seriously damaged. The store needs to have better controls in place to ensure expired products are removed before they are sold to customers.

But recently, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered two drinks: a matcha and an iced coffee. There were only about three customers inside, but the drinks still took a very long time. There were around four or five employees in the kitchen, yet my drinks took about 15–20 minutes to make. The employees were also very rude. The screen said that my order was ready, so I asked about it because I couldn’t find my drinks. Instead of politely explaining, they told me that it was not ready. Later, I realized they had not even started making it yet. When I finally got my drinks, they were made very poorly. My iced coffee had absolutely no ice in it, even though I ordered an iced coffee. My matcha was also mixed very badly. I could clearly see the matcha powder still sitting in the drink instead of being mixed properly. Overall, the service was slow, the employees were rude, and both of my drinks were made poorly. I used to have a much better experience here, so this was really disappointing.
