Even when they are busy, the staff seem to keep things moving without sacrificing good customer service. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and welcoming, which makes a quick coffee run even better. This is definitely one of the locations I enjoy coming back to.

Today I ordered an iced coffee with light ice, 2 creams, and 2 sugars. Instead, a huge portion of the cup was filled with ice, and the coffee tasted like there was no cream at all. It tasted terrible. When I asked for the cream on the side so I could fix the coffee myself, the employee still didn’t understand the request and gave me something completely different from what I expected. What makes this worse is that this has happened repeatedly — not once or twice. I usually don’t complain because I understand employees can be busy or stressed, but when the same poor service happens over and over again, it becomes a management and training problem. Yesterday, I also explained that my drink was not “light ice,” and the supervisor standing there gave the employee a dismissive look instead of professionally addressing the issue. The attitude from some of the staff is rude and unprofessional, and they do not seem to take customer requests seriously. I’m attaching a photo of today’s coffee as proof. This was supposed to be an iced coffee with cream and sugar. After giving this location multiple chances, I’m extremely disappointed. Poor customer service, poorly prepared drinks, and a serious lack of professionalism. One star.
