- MMMarci McShaneMay 28, 20261.0Tried to walk-in yesterday. The worker saw me walking up, locked the door, and wouldn’t let me in. She went into the back and didn’t come out until I was gone. I checked the time and it was only 12:20 and they don’t close until 1. 40 minutes early and lost money for the day. Then I came today after placing an order ahead of time to be sure I got my food and drink. Walked in and was treated rudely by worker. Same lady who locked us out day before. My assortment of munchkins was 6 of one kind. Not like the variety promised. And then while we were sitting there eating, we told they were closing and we had to leave. It was only 12:37. Again closing early. And kicking out paying customers during open hours. Will not be back and will be taking my money elsewhere. Be cautious if you are planning to come to this location.

She was very rude. She literally was grunting at me when I was giving my order. If she’s an employee, I would fire her. If she’s the owner, she should care more about customer service. I now go out of my way to a different Dunkin just to avoid this place.
