- KFK FApr 26, 20261.0Quality of service has gone down over the last year. They seem to only focus on drive thru and can't handle the service that comes through. Multiple times I had stood inside and watched them ignore me for 5+ minutes while making other drinks. Or mess up my order, don't give me the donut..or shove the donuts into a bag so they all get mixed up. The person who takes my order never seems to know how to put it in the system - or what the new foods actually are (I'm not ordering anything complicated or modified..its straight off the menu). Been very unimpresssed and disappointed the last few times.
