My last two efforts were met with some of the worst Customer Service I have experienced. It takes a lot for me to want to write a review but Mary Kate was that bad. She was rude, dismissive, and condescending. It might be too much to expect warmth or empathy during such a brief transaction, but she was overtly unprofessional and rude. If it were a one-time experience, I would write it off, but it’s a trend and I will go out of my way to go to a different Dunkin next time.

I clearly mentioned 2 drinks, and they had one drink with the wrong size. They were about to hand me a totally different order. I went to correct them at the window, and they still couldn’t manage to input the correct order. I drove away from the window and told the clueless employees, I’m going to a different dunkin. TERRIBLE, service like this ruins the image of the franchise. Stick to local shops instead!!

So gross. Very hard to communicate to place my order at the counter, and needed another employee and another customer to connect the dots. Went to the restroom on our way out - no garbage can so the ladies' receptacle was overflowing. TP holder was broken so the TP rolls were balanced on the handrails. First and last visit to this location, and decidedly the last to any dunkin. So sad this institution has gone so far downhill.
