I regularly visit this Chipotle in Lisle, and the portions I receive, especially for chicken, are consistently much smaller than what I see being served to other customers. During my last visit, I watched several people ahead of me receive noticeably larger portions, while mine was very small. This has happened more than five times and has left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Some of my friends have shared similar experiences as well. I hope this is not related to nationality or appearance, but the repeated inconsistency is disappointing. I simply expect fair and consistent service for all customers.

I was not told prior to ordering that these items would be a 10 minute wait. It was after the rice & beans went in my bowl that they said this. I wanted to wait for the chicken so they set aside my bowl to get cold rather than offering to make a new one when the protein was ready. I also ordered a tortilla on the side which was not made when requested and worked out to my benefit, until I asked for it once my bowl was made to which I was rudely told I would have to go to the back of the line to order it. I told her I had ordered it and the employee at the front never made it. The wait for the protein was unfortunate but I chose to wait for it. But the rudeness from the staff was where the customer service was lost. There are plenty of Chipotles in the area that I can go to instead.
