  I hadn’t been to chipotle in over a year when I use to come here religiously. I stopped because the customer service was terrible! I finally today decided to go back to give them a go, I was argued with an employee about portion of meat. I’m done paying for this expensive 2 star food with terrible customer service. I been a customer since 2016. Kenia was my host but it wasn’t hurt, it was a man, didn’t get his name. Just a salty dude it seems like. It’s really not the hard to add more pieces of food. Instead argue with customers over portion sizes?!!? You got it. Naperville chipotle off Ogden for ya smh

  I recently had an amazing burrito at Chipotle. It was so good but the only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star review is because the person who wrapped my burrito looked at me, shrugged and proceeded to genuinely fold my burrito in half and shove it in the bag. It still tasted good but respectfully, come on guys. Your a Mexican grill and your employees can't wrap a burrito. It still tasted amazing though.

  This company has extremely low standards, and unfortunately, it shows in the staff they hire and the way they handle customer complaints. Although this happened nearly four years ago, I will never forget how poorly my family and I were treated. My autistic son had to watch his mother speak with the police because the manager became so hostile after refusing to refund money for food the restaurant didn’t even have available. I escalated the issue to corporate, but I never felt that a meaningful resolution was ever reached. Another family at the restaurant was also being treated just as poorly that day, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated incident. I sincerely hope that manager is no longer employed there. His behavior was irrational, unprofessional, and concerning. At the time, he even appeared to be under the influence. The reason I’m only writing this review now is because the experience has stayed with me. It still doesn’t sit right how my family was treated, especially in front of my child. I even reached out to the company’s CEO on LinkedIn, yet I never received the accountability or follow-up I expected. No customer should ever be treated that way.

  I rarely leave reviews, but after experiencing the same issue multiple times, I felt the need to share my feedback. I regularly visit this Chipotle in Lisle, and the portions I receive, especially for chicken, are consistently much smaller than what I see being served to other customers. During my last visit, I watched several people ahead of me receive noticeably larger portions, while mine was very small. This has happened more than five times and has left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Some of my friends have shared similar experiences as well. I hope this is not related to nationality or appearance, but the repeated inconsistency is disappointing. I simply expect fair and consistent service for all customers.
