They will let dine-in customers walk in, place their orders, get their food, and leave while delivery drivers are left standing there waiting forever. They don’t even give you a proper ETA—just keep saying “it’s coming up,” and you end up waiting 10–20 minutes or even longer. This is completely unacceptable, especially when people are working and don’t get paid to stand around waiting for an order. The employees seriously need to learn how to manage pickup orders and respect everyone’s time. Easily one of the worst services I’ve experienced at a Chipotle.
