  Made an online order and was really disappointed by the service. 1) Ordered 2 separate burgers for 2 people but they just packed it in one box. 2) Ordered fries and tenders separately but again that was given in one box. 3) Got The Ritz Carlton napkins at Byrds which is definitely a left over napkins instead of their own napkins. Cheap stuff. Not good enough service and not good food either.

  Whoever is running this location is doing a terrible job my food was very undercooked tenders were extremely small the Lombard location is much much better.

  First time here and definitely did not disappoint! Liz was the one who greeted us once we walked in . Liz was very welcoming & attentive! Food was fresh to order ! Crispy fries well seasoned and chickennnnn (chefs kiss) very soft and medium definitely had a kick to it ! We will for sure come back .

  First of all, right when we walked in, it was already so sketchy. There were two workers; they didn't talk to us at all. There was food on all of the tables, and none of them were clean. There was no toilet paper, and we found a hair in the food. Later that night, I threw up. Their food gave me food poisoning. I was throwing up all night, and I got no sleep.
