    I visited the Naperville Buffalo Wild Wings location to watch the Mexico vs. Ecuador FIFA World Cup match, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences. Despite a major international match being on, only a limited number of TVs were showing the game. When we asked if another TV could be switched to the match, we were told that only the bartender had control of the TVs and that he was too busy to change the channel. The service only got worse from there. The menu lists a wide variety of beers, but after placing our order, the server returned to tell us our selection wasn’t available. This happened three separate times before we were finally able to order something that was actually in stock. Even then, it took about 45 minutes for the beers to arrive at our table. Overall, the lack of preparation, poor communication, and slow service made for a very disappointing visit. I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings locations across the U.S., and this was by far the most frustrating experience I’ve had. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future customers.

    i come here often and always sit in the bar area. liz is the best! she goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are taken care of! she’s very attentive and patient, but still fast as lightening. this location is lucky to have her! i will be back BECAUSE OF HER

    Parker our server was fantastic. Had an awesome time at bdubs. He was on top of it and made the experience alone worth it.

    Mike our server was great! On top of the order and attention to deal! Went above and beyond for us and would definitely recommend asking for him if dining here. Big thanks to Mike! Plus he smells good!!!!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location in Naperville. There was an issue with their payment system, and we were charged for drinks that we never ordered or received. Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled afterward was extremely frustrating. The manager, Lucas, showed very little accountability or professionalism. We waited over 30 minutes for the issue to be resolved, with almost no communication during that time. There was never a genuine apology for the inconvenience or for the incorrect charge. Instead of keeping us updated, the manager would disappear for long periods of time and stand around talking with coworkers while we sat there confused, not knowing if the situation was being handled or if we were free to leave. What made it worse was that our server was clearly doing her absolute best. She was the only one working the floor, running around nonstop and visibly overwhelmed, while the manager did not seem interested in helping support her at all. Unfortunately, because of how everything was handled, we were not even given a proper receipt afterward, so we didn’t get the chance to tip her the way we wanted to. The manager eventually handed us a gift card, but it felt more like an attempt to end the situation quickly rather than actually acknowledge the inconvenience or the fact that we had already been incorrectly charged. A simple apology, communication, and professionalism would have gone a long way. Overall, the lack of customer service, accountability, and respect from management completely overshadowed the experience.
