But that older lady today who was so rude and annoyed, it was uncomfortable and easily 1 star. We went here 3 times. To this location. And the 1st 2 time this hispanic young lady was super nice, encouraged us to try flavors til we knew our desired options. And I kid you not we tried at least 4 each. Because I normally stick to my two favorites. But I was feeling so encouraged I got something different from my norm. Any ways, today we went to go grab ice cream. And this OTHER lady was there and she had the most rude attitude and I’m truly not going to go too hard on her, because it must be that bad for her to be that rude, she was making it visibly clear every time (which was only 2), we asked to try a flavor, it was clear we annoyed her, and I believe that was the message she was clearly trying to send. Like right when you ask, she stare at you roll her eyes and blow a deep breath. All that too say, that awful experience made me realize, bruh paying 16.00 for 4 scoops of ice cream and an attitude is simply not worth it. You know the experience was bad when you start comparing price to product. Well now thanks to her attitude, I’m encouraged to not go back to any location, no time soon and not that one at all, because in this economy it’s better to save your coins instead of being treated like a problem.

The manager should’ve known to have more bananas on a day like this. With all of this being said. The customer service sucks and i wouldn’t recommend going here especially for $6 banana splits Wednesday!

And then when I said just put it in a cup she said to I’ll up. As I did she didn’t talk at ALL, she just gave me a dirty look and handed me my ice cream. Ro top it all off she gave me the wrong size.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
