  Worst place ever try to get anything. I stopped in today which was my third attempt through the drive-thru, all I wanted was an iced tea. Nobody answered the intercom. Again this was the third attempt at this location. No answer. Get some help in this place or shut it down.

  I have literally never gone to this store and had my order made correctly. Every single time I go to this McDonald’s they forget an item or don’t make an item right.

  It seems like the employees working there don't pay any attention to what they are doing. The order was completely screwed up. I ordered a big breakfast with a side of bscon and a sausage McMuffin. The eggs were cold. They gave me a sausage biscuit instead of a McMuffin. The biscuits were hard. I didn't get the bacon at all. They gave me two syrup packs, which I didn't need. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

  The night shift doesn't clean anything.The whole story is nasty.They're slow as can be with the customer's orders.And the manager got in my face and asked why I was taking pictures as if i'm not allowed to leave any review. The blue-haired girl with the nose ring got in my face.I'm a customer! If she don't want pictures taken of her nasty store, she should clean it.That's the night shift manager! I really should send a pictures to the health department. You are a whole floors are covered in grease There's food all over your floor! The bathrooms are always nasty and I don't know what I touched when I grabbed the door handle and your staff is rude as can be.There is no customer service there.And really?You all need shut down by the health department! And when I say she was in my face screaming i mean she was inches away from my nose! Screaming , why was I taking pictures of her store! People ought to be able to go to Mcdonald's and it ought to be clean! And not have to worry about getting jumped by the staff and managers , especially the manager and of course , the staff is going to be rude when that is , who you have managing the place!

  This is consistently, across multiple visits spanning since this location first opened, the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Stay far away, you will get your food faster and fresher if you go to a location in Carbondale. You will wait 20-45 minutes for a cold burger on a stale bun and soggy fries, and staff will be hostile if you try to say anything even if you're polite. If you go inside, good luck getting someone's attention to place an order or to let them know there is an issue with your food. The entire staff including management will intentionally avoid making eye contact or acknowledging you unless you say something. Sometimes you might have to say something multiple times just to get someone to come over and take your order or remake incorrect food. If you use the drivethru or curbside, they do NOT deliver food to customers in the order that tickets are received so you will be waiting forever and watch other customers who arrived after you get served before you. I once placed my order with the drive thru, was told to pull over for my food, then waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot of the restaurant while it was COMPLETELY EMPTY. When I went inside and was able to finally get their attention, it turned out they just forgot about me. My food had been sitting on a counter somewhere and was ice cold. After a long conversation with management, I was offered a coupon for a free ice cream cone in apology but they wouldn't remake my food for me. I have gotten raw quarter pounder burgers from this location more than once. Do not be a fool like me and go there several times expecting something to change or thinking that the bad rep is overblown. This is the absolute worst McD's location. Slowest, most mismanaged, rudest, poorest quality food, missing items... just the worst.
