  Honestly this place really does suck and everytime I go there I have hope that it will be better but it never is! It just get worse and worse. Didn’t get a holiday pie got two apple when I asked for one apple one holiday Why wasn’t I told when ordered or at the first window or at the second until she handed me the bag and told me she put two apple pies because they were out of them but someone came up to the window asked me what I had I told her and then she’s walked away and never came back when the other worker came back I had to completely repeat my order Pies were ice cold. Was in line for atleast 16-17 mins waiting for two hot chocolates and 2 pies Have called 9 times in the past 24 hours and no answer Waited 20 mins for 2 5$ meal deal the girl was going through and opening food to see what was on the burgers with no gloves or nothing. Have seen employees standing around in their phone when the store is busy and we had to wait 19 mins for our food Have had them take forever more times than I can count with no one but me there or one other person besides me Also very rude staff on so many levels! Had one of the “managers” that work there be hateful towards me because THEY got my food wrong Have had them short me food (on purpose) while fixing an order I also had an older lady who had the biggest attitude for no reason when I asked her if she was able to change the menus because they were on lunch but it was breakfast time then. Then I got to the window to pay and she was hateful towards me about having to get change for 100$ bill then I get to the second window and there she is again and is being hateful with they way she told me I needed to pull up to the window and my sweet teas weren’t even filled all the way up and my McGriddle pancakes were soggy and disgusting and this was literally 10 mins after they opened. Have tried talking to the supervisor but she did absolutely nothing about any of it

  they had me waiting for 20+ minutes just to mess up my order and forget my cup. mention everyone else got their orders in the pick up line and still had me waiting for one meal.

  I came in with my kid first I think the way yall built is not good because nobody can see who at the register but came in waited at the front for about 10 minutes. For someone to even look to see I'm up there. Then the young lady comes up there, I'm asking if she's going to take the orders, she says she has to go to the bathroom, so I had to wait until she comes out of the bathroom, which is unprofessional. So another lady took my order.But I ordered my sandwich with no onions.Because I have an onion allergy, nothing but onions on my sandwich.its always something every time you come in.That's mcdonald's nobody wants to take your order. Because everybody wants to be in the back. They always tell you to go to the kiosk and the kiosk doesn't work when they make a mistake they want to get attitude with you. I feel that whole McDonald's should just be rebuilt with new workers that understand that customers service are the number one priority.
