They then forgot about my order and moved it away and didn’t do anything with it until one worker said a “strange girl is waiting” like yeah, you moved my pizza’s to another shelf and walked past multiple times. Also forgot my garlic and at that point I wasn’t going back to deal with them again.

There was an issue with the delivery, but the manager stepped in, took ownership right away, and made it right without any runaround. That kind of accountability goes a long way. Anyone can have an off night—what matters is how it’s handled. I really appreciated the effort and the way they took care of us. Great customer service when it counted!!

I was sitting at the drive-thru window for 15 minutes and not a single employee came to acknowledge me. No greeting, no update, no communication whatsoever. They were completely ignoring me — and even the customers lined up behind me were left waiting without any explanation. After nearly 20 minutes, someone finally decided to show up. And to make things worse, I was told that the order I had placed about 30 minutes earlier still wasn’t ready. No urgency, no accountability, and barely any apology. I was late to work because of this delay. This kind of disorganized, careless service is absolutely unacceptable. Basic customer acknowledgment should not be this hard. Management at this Murphysboro location seriously needs to step in and fix these issues. Customers deserve better than this.
