  I had a pretty good sandwich yesterday evening, and a good experience with the gentleman who I believe made it. I don't have high expectations for Jimmy John's but I placed an online order to pick up yesterday and had to ask for some water when I went to pick up. the kind gentleman gave me a large cup for free and my order was made with perfect accuracy, I enjoyed this sandwich more than I have JJ's before and this location is very convenient for me so I'll definitely be ordering again.

  I usually don't say anything if I don't have anything nice to say. Order took an hour to get here. Asked for an update about 40 minutes in, and was told "It left a few minutes ago." After 15 minutes called back, and was told the same thing. Was juuuust about to dispute the charge/cancel the order when the driver showed up. Kind of a bummer, but at least the order was correct.
