  This jewel needs to hire better employees especially ones upfront and a new manager. First off you have very rude employees, VAL who likes to stare and makes you feel so uncomfortable, SHE IS THE rudest she rolls her eyes,talks bad about others. Then there's CARMEN who walks around with an attitude not sure who's worse. Oh and the asain lady in the deli is horrible. The meat people aren't friendly except the short old guy with glasses. They all need better customer service skills.

  My son and I waited in line at the Pokémon machine and he was happy because there was one item finally left and the short Mexican employee from the pharmacy cuts in line and I said excuse me we were next she said sorry as she was still clicking on the item and I said we were next to buy that other customers saw here and my cried she the employee said o well better luck next time and than she was checking to see if there was anything left to buy and walks away Laughing at my son I asked to see a manager and I waited 10 minutes nobody I left my number nobody called

  Shopping is fine but the employees don’t have matters and are often rude, me and my friends went to buy chicken and the employee was talking and cussing at us because we asked for some chicken and accused us of stealing when we have never stole anything before

  There is a woman—I’m not sure if it’s because of her advanced age—but she has a horrible attitude. She speaks to other employees in an aggressive tone. I would even say she is rude and vulgar, because to have a position that I imagine is as a supervisor or manager of some area, you should have education and some guidance on how to be a good leader or manager. But this person is rude and low-class, and I’m not the only one who has seen and heard her speaking badly to her coworkers. I want to think that she is in charge of those people because the young workers don’t say anything—they just lower their heads, maybe because they are afraid of losing their jobs since they need them. Maybe companies should carefully evaluate what kind of people they place in charge of their businesses, because there are people who are given a little bit of power, and they let it go to their heads. They start believing the world belongs to them and that they can treat people worse than a dog. “ From to go and delivery department “
