Shortly after my pregnant wife was choking on some peanuts in her ice cream and the female worker had a bad attitude and was more concerned with getting 50 cents for a cup of tap water (that I already said I would pay for). I contacted corporate and filed a complaint. Absolutely ridiculous.

Finally after a couple minutes just standing there someone took my order. I ordered a $6 meal deal with a black iced coffee not a lot, nothing to mix in the drink. Then they started taking all these orders in front of me as I watched mine wait in que. I had to ask, is anyone going to make my order. It’s sitting on that screen and it’s taking forever. 10 mins to go in with no line, and had to ask the staff to do their job is unacceptable. I’ll go to another one next time.

The manager is always sweet, helpful, and kind, which is why I feel comfortable sharing this feedback. However, I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the older morning employee. During my most recent visit, she closed the window rudely and had a very bad attitude. This has happened more than once. I never see her working on weekends, and I’ve never had this issue during weekend visits. I hope this can be addressed to improve the customer experience.
