Where do families go for ice cream on a Saturday night? Had to go through the drive-thru and got behind a bunch of pedestrians who were also using the drive-thru window. Ordered 1 chocolate malt & 1 vanilla milk shake. Was told they were out of vanilla. Really? That's like Colonel Sanders running out of chicken. Changed the order to 1 chocolate malt, 1 chocolate shake. After waiting 15 minutes, I got 1 chocolate shake in return. When I alerted the clerk to her mistake, she said that I had changed my order. Only partially correct, if she had been truly listening. Paid $7.33 for the privilege of not getting what I wanted by a clerk who looked like she couldn't be bothered. A franchise in decline...

First I asked for an orange sherbet freeze and was told "I dont know what that is but we dont have rainbow sherbet", so I asked if they also dont have Orange sherbet since thats what I asked for and was given a flat "no". Okay fine, it's probably not something people often order so I brushed it off. "Can I get a 31 below with oreo?" The response I got was "Whats a 31 below?" So I explained that its the same as a McDonalds McFlurry or a Dairy Queen Blizzard and was told that they dont think that have that. I didnt know what to say anymore so I just said "Thanks Bye" and backed out and left. I went to the Lake Zurich location (which tacked on an extra 30 minutes of drive time) and made my purchase there. The Indian or Middle Eastern guy there had a very strong accent and English wasnt his first language, but he knew every product on the menu and was very friendly and polite, he also made my order faster than most BR's I've been to. If you live in Lake County and need a 24 hr DD or BR, I'd strongly suggest Lake Zurich over this one, its further away but at least they know their products.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
